Corona Cashback Promotion

- General
- The Corona Cashback Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Cashback Promotion") is an offer by AB InBev Switzerland GmbH, Suurstoffi 22, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland, UID number: CHE-457.269.984 (hereinafter referred to as "AB InBev" or “Promoter”).
- The Cashback Promotion is a time-limited and quantity-limited discount that can be redeemed online by consumers.
- Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this will be required for entry. Internet access and a valid email address are required.
- AB InBev encourages responsible drinking. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.
- These terms and conditions regulate the conditions of participation and the redemption of the Cashback Promotion (“Terms and Conditions”). In the event of contradictions between these Terms and Conditions and the promotional materials, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.
- By participating, you (“you” or “Participant”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you are excluded from participation.
- Participation Requirements
- To participate in the Cashback Promotion, you must be at least 18 years old, and have a Swiss IBAN bank account that supports SEPA payments. Participation is only possible in your own name.
- The Cashback Promotion applies to the following products: Corona Extra 33cl in a bottle (6-pack, 10-pack, 24-pack), Corona Extra 50cl in a can (6-pack or 24-pack), Corona Cero 33cl in a bottle (6-pack, 24-pack), Corona Cero 33cl in a can (4-pack) (“Cashback Products”), which has been purchased by the Participant within the period from 14.03.2025 to 13.04.2025 ("Promotion Period") in a retail store in Switzerland. The Cashback Promotion does not apply to single bottles or cans.
- Requests for redemptions must be completed no later than 23:59 on 13.04.2025. The purchase receipt must be uploaded in the designated format on coronaextra.ch. You must complete the participation form with your first name, last name, age, email, retailer name, and bank details, and upload the purchase receipt as an attachment or photo. The receipt must clearly show the retailer's name, purchase date, promotional product, and price. AB InBev reserves the right to request the original receipt for verification until the end of the Cashback Promotion.
- The cashback consists of a refund of CHF 5 (incl. VAT) per purchase of one or more multipacks (“Cashback”) (see point 2.2). Proof of purchase is the store receipt, per receipt only one Cashback of CHF 5 is possible. More than one multi-pack listed on a receipt does not affect the standard Cashback, which is always CHF 5. One participant is entitled to a maximum of 4 Cashbacks , provided he/she participates 4 times, submitting each time a different valid receipt. A unique bank account to be used for a Cashback can only be linked to one participant. Participations using duplicate receipts, one participant using different email addresses or bank accounts, multiple participants using the same bank accounts, etcetera will all be disqualified. The Cashback Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- The maximum number of redemptions for the whole Cashback Promotion is capped at 10.000. Should the number of valid participations exceed this maximum then - as AB InBev seeks to run a fair and honest promotion - 10.000 redemptions will be randomly selected by an independent 3rd party from all valid participations received during the Promotion Period, but only after any invalid and/or disqualified participations have been removed. For this reason the actual execution of the Cashbacks will take place after the Cashback Promotion has ended at the end of April.
- The Cashback Promotion is only valid for consumers, not for retailers, intermediaries, or resellers. Employees of AB InBev, affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
- Cashback will only be granted if all conditions under 2.1-2.6 are met. If a request for redemption does not comply with the deadline or any of the formal requirements, no cashback will be granted.
- The Cashback will be processed within 60 days after submission of the complete documentation by Hofmarschall GmbH (Ruessenstrasse 5, 6340 Baar, Switzerland) to the bank account provided at the time of request for redemption. Cash payouts are excluded. Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Participant.
- AB InBev reserves the right to exclude participants from the Cashback Promotion who provide false information, manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process or website, violate the participation conditions, or attempt to unfairly or dishonestly influence the Cashback Promotion. In such cases, exclusion from the Cashback Promotion, rejection of Cashback payments, or reimbursement of previously granted Cashback may be considered.
- Cashback are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
- No Guarantee
- AB InBev does not guarantee the availability of promotional products at participating retailers. If the desired product is not in stock, this does not entitle the participant to claim the promotion later.
- If all promotional products are sold out, AB InBev may end the Cashback Promotion before the planned expiration date.
- Data Protection and Data Security
- All personal data supplied for the Cashback Promotion will be used for the purpose of the Cashback Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Cashback Promotion. Personal data (e.g. name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details or account details, receipt) may be shared with third parties solely for the purpose of managing the Cashback Promotion and will not be used for any other purposes without your explicit consent. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Website's Privacy Policy and the Promotion Privacy Policy. After termination, AB InBev does not retain any data or records.
- Data protection and data security are a priority for AB InBev. AB InBev takes appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures at all times to comply with data protection and data security requirements. We process your personal data in Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA)
- You can request information about the personal data we process about you at any time. You can request the deletion or correction of your personal data at any time. Please send your request for information or deletion or correction together with proof of identity to the company responsible.
- If you are affected by the processing of personal data, you have the option of enforcing your rights in court or submitting a report to the competent supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority in Switzerland is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner: http://www.edoeb.admin.ch.

- Termination
- AB InBev reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Cashback Promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, revoke your participation rights for legitimate reasons, and prohibit you from participating again, particularly if you violate your obligations under these Terms and Conditions or the referenced Privacy Policy. Any liability of AB InBev, as well as claims for fulfilment and damages by participants in case of early termination of the Cashback Promotion, are excluded.
- If you wish to withdraw from the Cashback Promotion, please send an email to support@coronaextra.ch. Upon termination, any right to the Cashback Promotion expires.
- These Terms and Conditions remain valid even after termination of the Cashback Promotion.
- Limitation of Liability
- AB InBev is not liable for (i) technical error (website outages, incorrect submissions), (ii) delays in payment due to incorrect banking details, (iii) Loss or theft of Cashbacks once transferred to the Participant, (iv) any disputes between the Participant and retailers regarding Cashback Products.
- In no event shall AB InBev be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Program.
- Severability Clause
- If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable, they shall be replaced by a provision that corresponds to the intent of the parties. The remaining provisions remain unaffected.
- Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
- All disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the ordinary courts at the registered office of AB InBev Switzerland GmbH or at the place of residence of the Participant.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, excluding international private law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
